These guided meditations led by Toby Wiltshire give you a taste of the types of meditation we practise during an 8 week Mindfulness Meditation course.

For the best experience, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the recording. Switch your phone to ‘do not disturb’. It can be nice to use headphones, but not essential.
